About Mindyouths

Growth begins when young people become active authors of their own choices.

Mindyouths adopts educational and youth-development practices built to strengthen the human skills that school achievement alone cannot guarantee.

Our conviction

Young people are not problems to be fixed.

They are people in the process of becoming—capable of insight, choice and meaningful change when the right questions, tools and practice are placed within reach.

Mindyouths does not hand young people a script for life. It creates safe, structured experiences where they can examine how they think, recognise what drives their behaviour and practise better responses in situations that matter.

The result we work toward is not a temporary burst of motivation. It is greater self-awareness, psychological flexibility, independent judgment and the capacity to translate intention into action.

Fida's perspective has been formed through more than 25 years inside classrooms, academic teams, curricula and multi-school improvement systems.

Her curriculum and project work includes contributing to multilingual programmes in Arabic, English and French; authoring the Grade 6 Social Studies textbook Small World; and developing curricula and teacher-training materials for the Syrian Refugee Education Project at the American University of Beirut.
